This course is designed to facilitate the study of human behavior in organizations at the individual and group level, including the effects of organizational structure on behavior. Attention will be given to applying organizational behavior(OB) concepts to aid students in developing and improving their interpersonal skills with the goal of enhancing their potential for employment and career growth.
