Before enrolling in a credit course, review the transfer policies of your home university (where you are currently enrolled), and generally you can find the policy on your home university official website by searching “transfer credit”. Ensure that the credits earned are eligible for transfer.
Evaluation and Pre-Approval:
We highly recommend students to complete pre-approval from your school officials before attending classes, obtaining official recognition ensures that the courses you take can be smoothly transferred to you home institution. Complete registration and make payment:
Once you get the approval, you can proceed to register for courses and make the payment. Some courses have limited availability, so to avoid disrupting your study plan, please finalize the registration and payment process as early as possible to secure your spot in the courses.
Receive Transcript and complete credit transfer:
After completing the courses and obtaining the final course scores, the school officials usually issue electronic or paper transcripts within 1-2 weeks. These transcripts will be sent to the designated office or department at your home institution to facilitate the credit transfer process. Please note that for some institutions, transferring credits may require third-party certification or post-audit verification. For specific policies, please refer to the “Transfer Credits” page.

Refund Policy
To protect your rights, please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to the following terms.

1. Pre-Course Start
All courses are eligible for a full refund (including the ¥3,000 deposit and any paid balance) if the refund request is submitted before the course start date.
2. Within 3 Days After Course Start
· Course Type A: Eligible for a full refund.
· Course Type B: The deposit (¥3,000) will be deducted; the remaining balance will be refunded in full.
· Course Type C: Non-refundable.
3. After 3 Days of Course Start
· Course Type A: The deposit (¥3,000) will be deducted; the remaining balance will be refunded in full.
· Course Type B: 50% of the tuition fee (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
· Course Type C: Non-refundable.
Exceptions
The above terms do not apply in cases of platform-related issues or force majeure events that prevent the course from continuing.
Important Notes
· Course Classification (A/B/C) will be determined based on information provided by course advisor.
· The course start date refers to the first official session date announced by the platform.
· Refund requests must be submitted in writing to your course advisor.
· The review process typically takes 1–3 business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment
account within 5–15 business days.
