This course surveys the legal and regulatory environment that businesses operate. The course concentrates on developing an understanding of the elements of a contract and the rights and responsibilities of contracting parties. Specific topics include: contracts, agency relationships, business organizations, antitrust, government regulations of business, and the differences between civil and criminal law.
