Concepts, analysis, perspective, the regulatory environment and cases in commercial law are covered in this course. The laws of banking transactions, debtor/creditor relationships and bankruptcy are thoroughly examined. Commercial paper, as treated under the Uniform Commercial Code's methodology, is also presented.
